To all my non-muslim friend. Let me explain according to the picture (sekadar gambar hiasan,may not reflect actual story). If we implement syaria law and hudud, we can't punish him by copping his hand by stealing money because his kids starving for food at home. In fact the neighbour will be questioned why they are not helping him. Or in the other side, he will be given job. It's an education afterall. By civil law, stealing RM2 and RM20000 is getting the same sentence.
